    Andrew Wells is the founder and operator of Lacasse Fine Jewellers, bringing a strong foundation in gemology, appraisals and hands-on market experience to the business. He earned his Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in New York City in 2023 and his CAJA from the Canadian Jewellers Association in Toronto.

    With over five years of experience in the buying, valuation, and resale of fine jewellery and luxury assets, Andrew has developed a practical, market-driven approach to appraisal and liquidation. His work is focused on providing accurate valuations, clear guidance, and professional service to clients navigating both individual transactions and complex estate matters.

    Zack is the Head of Logistics at Lacasse Fine Jewellers, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring each client's case is handled efficiently and seamlessly. He manages the coordination of services, asset handling, and transaction flow, supporting the firm's commitment to transparency at every stage.

    Zack graduated from the Rotman Commerce program at the University of Toronto in 2026 and has worked in the luxury jewellery space since 2023. His background combines business training with hands-on industry experience, bringing structure and consistency to every part of operations.
